Returns & Exchange Policy
- All our products are on a 'made to order' basis specially crafted with attention to detail. Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchange or returns as a part of the brand policy.
- Customers are entitled to an exchange up to 7 days after receiving the package only under the following conditions:
- If the item you have received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect (subtle variations due to hand-block printing or tie & dying will not be eligible as manufacturing defects)
- If wrong item has been delivered to you (wrong size/colour/product)
- Any return is to be shipped by you on your own expense. Please do share courier tracking details with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.

Important Notes:
- For domestic orders, please ensure the returned product for exchange is:
- unused, unworn, unwashed and has all its tags and packaging intact
- all items should be free of deodorant/perfume/detergent smell, make-up or tan marks
- Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned above, we will not be able to accept the products sent back to us and will be returned back to you at your expense. No exchange will be processed for such cases.
- Replacements are made for the same product/style only. In the event we are unable to provide you with the replacement product due to we will offer a refund or a credit note. If it is a refund it will be made in the original method of payment.
- International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
